If you are a homeowner or private tenant and receive qualifying benefits, you are likely eligible for support from energy suppliers under this scheme. Verification of your benefits status is conducted through a DWP check. In some cases, you may need to provide additional documentation, such as a Child Benefit Award Notice or self-declaration of your total household income within specific thresholds to qualify.<\/p><p>If you are a landlord and your tenant claims benefits, you can encourage them to apply for the grant, leading to improved energy efficiency in your property.
